Procedure of Refunds and Returns 

If you want to returns and refunds your order, please write to We need your order number, name, email address, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions.

RA number

 No refunds and returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.

Return Policy  

You may refunds and returns any core or wrong part(s) to Model Automotive Parts within 5 to 7 business days from your date of order. No refunds and returns will be accepted if the 7 business days have elapsed. 

Original condition

All parts refunds and returns. to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

All refunds and returns are subject to a non-refundable 22% restocking fee. A 22% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.


Refunds and returns or cores normally process and credit within 15 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the refunds and returns. Once the Refunds and Returns has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise.

Credit approved

 You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 15 days, please e-mail our returns department at “” and we will respond to you immediately.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.


All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of your order confirmation and get refunds and returns. Please check with customer services to cancel your order. Orders that are already dispatched CANNOT be cancelled and no Refunds and Returns will be placed.Please feel free to alter this template to reflect your unique contact details and policies.
